THE LATEST: Schulte, who has been with Armanino since 2015, was recently elected to the company’s Board of Partners.
BACKGROUND: Schulte has worked with nonprofit organizations and for-profit businesses, providing mergers and acquisition expertise. He joined Armanino when the firm merged with RBZ, where Schulte had served as managing partner since 1997. He is a member of the Los Angeles County Library Strategic Plan Advisory Council and serves on audit committees for the Grammy Museum and the Santa Monica-Malibu Education Foundation. He has served on GuideStar’s finance committee and on the boards of the California Association of Nonprofits, the Los Angeles Business Council, the Los Angeles County and California chapters of Mothers Against Drunk Driving, the San Fernando Valley Girl Scouts Council and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
WORTH NOTING: Schulte holds a degree in business economics from UC Santa Barbara and is a former UCSB Accounting Alumnus of the Year.
