Philip de Toledo is president of Capital Group Cos. Inc., a financial services company serving individual investors, financial intermediaries and institutions with a range of products and services globally, including the American Funds in the U.S. De Toledo also is a member of Capital Group’s management committee and helps oversee the business and set its direction and strategy. Before joining Capital Group in 1986, de Toledo was a tax manager with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells. He serves as treasurer of the de Toledo High School, formerly New Community Jewish High School.
