THE LATEST: Litwin has spent the last five years building the Joe’s Auto Parks brand for L&R, which has a portfolio of owned and leased structures, valet and shuttle operations, and garages at residential buildings. He oversees 27 parking structures in downtown alone, some of which have ground floor retail tenants such as Shake Shack Inc. and Reliant Medical Group Inc.
BACKGROUND: Litwin previously served as director of operations for Central Parking’s Southern California Division. He attended Arizona State University and was a noncommissioned officer in the Marine Corps.
