THE LATEST: This year, Stromberg joined Perkins Coie where his practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, financing and corporate structure projects as well as joint ventures, spinoffs and other complex transactions. Stromberg advises several technology companies and investors in the technology space, including private equity and hedge funds.
BACKGROUND: Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Stromberg was a partner at Jenner & Block, where he co-led its media and technology group. Before that, he managed offices in L.A. and Silicon Valley for Kaye Scholer. Many of the legal matters Stromberg handles are cross-border transactions with Asian clients or counterparties. He is credentialed in Japan as he previously practiced in Tokyo and speaks Japanese.
