Jim Lewis, a partner at the Beverly Hills outpost of Slater Slater Schulman, was part of a team of attorneys representing 80% of the claimants in a $4 billion sexual abuse settlement with Los Angeles County. He is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and the Consumer Attorneys of California, and he also served as pro bono legal counsel for the Antelope Valley Medical Center Foundation. One noteworthy past case saw him secure a $6.15 million settlement from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department on behalf of a woman who reported being sexually assaulted by an on-duty deputy.
