Stephanie Hsieh is the chief executive of BioscienceLA, a Culver City–based public-private partnership established by Los Angeles County to promote growth in the region’s life sciences sector. Over the past year, she co-led a four-partner coalition that secured $24 million in California Jobs First funding to implement a multi-year strategy aimed at positioning L.A. County’s bioscience ecosystem as a globally recognized hub.
