As president of Adventist Health’s Southern California Network, Alice Issai oversees four acute care hospitals: Adventist Health Glendale, Adventist Health Simi Valley, Adventist Health White Memorial and Adventist Health White Memorial Montebello. Since joining in 2018, the Glendale hospital achieved five consecutive 5-star Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services rating (2020-2024) and Adventist Health’s first-ever Magnet designation for nursing excellence.
