Howard Building
Mark Fuller joined Howard Building Corp. in 1994 and directs the firm’s strategic trajectory across Southern California. He is a LEED-accredited professional and a board member of the U.S. Green Building Council. Under his leadership, Howard Building was named the Business Journal’s 2024 DEI Company of the Year for its focus on workplace inclusivity. In April 2025, Fuller oversaw a merger with San Diego-based Burger Construction, which expanded Howard Building’s footprint and extended its employee-ownership model to new professionals.
