Kelly Farrell is a global leader in Gensler’s Lifestyle Sector and a managing director of the firm’s Los Angeles office. She previously served as president and chief executive of RTKL from 2018 to 2020 and held a leadership role at NBBJ Design. A licensed architect with AIA, NCARB, and LEED AP credentials, she speaks for organizations such as the Urban Land Institute and the American Institute of Architects. In 2025, her team converted 100,000 square feet of space in a Sears building in downtown Santa Monica into a temporary campus for 2,500 Palisades Charter High School students in 30 days. Fast Company recognized Gensler as the most innovative company in urban development for this project.
