Parker Brown
John Parker co-founded Parker Brown in 1994 with Scott Brown after serving as a construction manager in Los Angeles. The Canoga Park-based firm specializes in tenant improvements, ground-up construction, medical space and industrial remodels. An immigrant from Ireland who arrived in the U.S. in 1989, Parker has built the firm into a 55-person operation within the San Fernando Valley’s commercial construction community. Recent projects include the completion of a three-stage project for the Los Angeles Police Federal Credit Union in Van Nuys, several projects for UCLA Health medical offices in Pasadena, San Fernando Valley, and San Luis Obispo, and many other developments. Parker serves on the Los Angeles County Building Appeals and Rehabilitation Board and others.
