Senior Vice President, Southern California Manager

Caleigh Raymer was appointed senior vice president and area manager for AECOM Hunt’s Southern California operations in 2025. A graduate of North Carolina State University and the University of South Florida, Raymer began her construction career in 2008 as an estimator amid the economic recession and soon moved to Los Angeles in 2010. She continued her career path, rising through the ranks. She was the chief estimator of the Los Angeles International Airport’s change management program. She later served as vice president and director of operations for the Los Angeles region at Lendlease. At AECOM Hunt, she leads the firm’s delivery of infrastructure projects in Southern California, including the more than $1 billion LAX landside modernization program.
