Having joined Irvine-based KTGY in 2002, David Senden manages the design firm’s Los Angeles operation based in downtown. He serves on the firm’s board of directors and specializes in urban infill residential and mixed-use developments. Projects originating from his office include the Kalmia Rose & Cypress View at Jordan Downs, 330 Florence in Inglewood, Theo in Pasadena and T.O. Ranch in Thousand Oaks. Senden was named to Building Design+Construction magazine’s 40 Under 40 list of designers. He studied at the University of Nebraska and Tulane University in New Orleans.
