Williams is the chief executive and cofounder of The Beverly Hills Estates, a West Hollywood-based boutique residential real estate brokerage she cofounded with her partner Branden Williams in 2020 after over a decade spent at Hilton & Hyland. The pair specialize in luxury residential real estate sales and together boast $15.8 billion in career sales. The Williams oversee 140 agents plus 15 staff members, and, last year, accumulated over $1.3 billion in sales alone. Rayni Williams is an active member of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, an Angel for Baby2Baby and an ambassador for The Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts. She also serves on the board of the Calyton Children’s Museum, co-chairing some initiatives.
