Recent projects include Second Century, an 800,000-square-foot office development designed by Frank Gehry that is leased to Warner Bros., The Post in Beverly Hills leased to Live Nation, and the Mission Logistics Project, a 1 million-square-foot industrial development in Lincoln Heights. Worthe is a founding board member of the UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate, an LA Sports & Entertainment Commission Core Leadership Group member and a 20-year board member of Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
