Since founding Raines Feldman Littrell in 2006, Raines has used the operation to build a career putting together major real estate transactions for corporate and developer clients. He has negotiated more than 15 million square feet of office, retail and industrial leases and has been involved in bridging Asia-based business operations to the United States. Additionally, Raines holds expertise in representing cannabis companies in their real estate transactions and long-term leases. Raines remains involved in the White Heart Foundation, an organization in Agoura Hills that works to improve health care for post-9/11 military veterans.
