Rinkov is the chief executive of Chinatown-based Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services, overseeing the company’s 80 distinct offices in North America and approximately 1,800 total professionals. He began his career in real estate brokerage in 1995 at Lee & Associates’ office in Commerce, working on the leasing and sale of central market industrial properties. Since taking the helm as chief executive of the licensing and administration company in 2013, Rinkov has driven the strategic growth of Lee & Associates, spearheading the opening of 36 new offices, doubling its size and growing the platform into an international brokerage firm. Transaction volume has surged by 223% and agent numbers grew by 248% over the past 10 years.
