Rising is the co-founder and chief executive at Rising Realty Partners, a downtown-based privately owned real estate investment and operating firm that currently manages $1.68 billion of assets under management and has a portfolio spreading 6.4 million square feet. Rising serves as the day-to-day head of company operations, including overseeing both its asset management and construction management verticals. He’s overseen all office and industrial asset management activities since the company’s inception in 2012. The company has recently made large strides in the industrial space and has acquired eight multi-tenant light industrial assets in California, Nevada and Texas since 2021, with a deal volume of over $220 million. Rising began his career as an associate.
