Fenton is the chief executive of Carolwood Estates, a boutique residential brokerage firm he co-founded in 2022 after 16 years at Hilton & Hyland. Fenton, who specializes in significant estate properties primarily in the Beverly Hills, Holmby Hills and Bel Air areas, has amassed over $7 billion in career sales and has sold more than 100 properties in excess of $20 million. He holds the record for the highest residential sale for 2019 in the United States for the Chartwell Estate in Bel Air, which sold for $150 million. Other notable sales of his include the Playboy Mansion, Frances Brody Estate, Owlwood, Doheny Estate and Rosewood in Bel Air. Fenton is a native Angeleno. He attended Harvard Westlake and the University of Southern California.
