As president of brokerage for Colliers West Region, Josker leads the strategic growth and operational performance of offices across Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Louisiana, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Washington. Made up of more than 1,200 professionals, Colliers’ West Region is the largest of the company’s U.S. regions. Under Josker’s leadership, the region has achieved consistent growth in both market share and total transaction volume, according to Colliers. Josker has served in leadership capacities across multiple business lines, including brokerage, property management, debt and structured financed, investment sales and valuation. Prior to his current role, Josker was the president of U.S. Southwest Region Brokerage.
