Brosh is the founder and chief executive of Beverly Grove-based Palisociety, an independent boutique hospitality brand that houses four distinct hotel monikers: Palihouse, Palihotel, Arrive by Palisociety and Le Petit Pali, as well as a collection of independently branded properties. Brosh spearheads the company’s concept innovation, design direction, development execution and operational strategies. Brosh has been involved in real estate development and hospitality in and around Los Angeles for over 30 years. He began his career on the West Coast with the design and development of homes in the Pacific Palisades. He created Paligroup in 1998 and built out his first hotel, Palihouse West Hollywood, in 2008. He has grown the Palisociety brand to 20 hotel properties.
