Stradley Ronon
Cho leads the Long Beach outpost of Stradley Ronon, which formed last year when the Philadelphia firm lured her and her team of nine others from the locally based Keesal Young & Logan. Her leadership appears to have impressed the firm – she co-chairs Stradley Ronon’s securities litigation and enforcement practice and is now a board member of the firm. Cho represents financial institutions in issues related to federal compliance and securities regulations. She recently prevailed in the defense of an investment bank facing arbitration through the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and negotiated a $10 million claim by a corporation against a financial services company down to a $1.1 million settlement.
