Americas United Bank on Thursday said that Adriana M. Boeka had been appointed chief executive.
Boeka, who also will hold the title of bank president, has more than 25 years of banking industry experience, including top executive positions at several Southern California and out-of-state banks, Chairman Manuel J. Remon said.
The four-year-old Glendale commercial bank is primarily Hispanic owned and targets a multi-ethnic clientele. It recently opened a second branch in Downey and reported total assets of $114 million at the end of last year.
Shares were unchanged Thursday at $4 on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board.
