Ben Lee has joined the Lyon Stahl West LA office as Vice President, leading an investment sales team focused on development sites, new construction multifamily, and affordable housing projects. The move strengthens Lyon Stahl’s presence in the space and expands the firm’s footprint into emerging segments within the LA market such as student housing, co-living, and NOAH conversions.
Ben’s career spans over $500 million in closed and principal-side transactions across New York City and Los Angeles, with more than a decade of transactional experience spanning both markets. Prior to Lyon Stahl, he was a leading agent in the land and new construction division at Marcus & Millichap, where he built a reputation as one of LA’s foremost experts in privately funded affordable housing and became a trusted resource for builders, developers, and capital markets professionals. He has spoken at major industry events including Bisnow and the Westside Urban Forum.
Lyon Stahl was founded in 2014 by Brett Lyon and Woody Stahl. Today, the company employs nearly 120 agents and has closed $6.1 billion in multifamily transactions.
