Budlong has appointed Brandy Little, FSMPS, CPSM, CPCC, ORSC-T, OMF as Chief Strategy Officer, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to a disciplined, client-centered approach to growth.
In this role, Brandy will align business development strategy with market opportunity, strengthen early client engagement, and support pursuit strategies across key sectors including aviation, education, life sciences, and public works. With more than 30 years of experience, she has advised multiple ENR-ranked firms—bringing focus to their goals, strengthening market position, and driving results.
