Kaila Sergent has joined the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins as a partner in the Real Estate Practice and member of the firm’s interdisciplinary data center team. She represents owners, operators, developers, investors, and other entities in a range of commercial real estate transactions across asset classes, and brings extensive experience advising on large-scale data center campuses, powered shell and build-to-suit structures, and multi-jurisdictional portfolios.
