Lee & Associates Los Angeles – Long Beach has expanded its Southern California team with the addition of four professionals. The new arrivals include a specialized three-person investment team and an experienced associate focused on the office and retail sectors.
The Linkogle Investment Team
Joseph Linkogle, Jordanne Thomas, and Mason Stinson have joined the firm as a collaborative investment sales team. Based in Long Beach, the group specializes in the acquisition and disposition of retail and multifamily properties throughout the Long Beach and Orange County markets.”
Joseph Linkogle joins Lee & Associates as Principal. A veteran of the industry with 30 years of experience, he previously spent 29 years at Marcus & Millichap, where he was a Senior Managing Director and a recipient of multiple National Achievement Awards. His track record includes over 260 closed transactions with values ranging from private individual assets to properties exceeding $25 million. His expertise spans a wide range of asset types, including single-tenant net leased retail, multi-tenant shopping centers, and multifamily buildings ranging from small 4-unit properties to complexes as large as 165 units. A graduate of California State University Long Beach with a degree in Finance and Real Estate, Joseph is a longtime Long Beach resident.
Jordanne Thomas, an Associate on the team, focuses on the sale of retail and mixed-use assets. Before joining the firm, she gained experience at Marcus & Millichap in multi-tenant retail and single-tenant net leased properties. Earlier in her career, she worked in the Los Angeles television industry producing shows for top networks. She holds a degree in Integrated Public Relations from Central Michigan University, which informs her approach to communication and client advisory.
Mason Stinson joins as an Associate specializing in retail and multifamily investment sales. He primarily advises private investors and 1031 exchange buyers on acquisition strategies and market positioning. A graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, Mason focuses on underwriting and value optimization to help clients navigate the Southern California market.
Office and Retail Brokerage
Kurt Hertzog joins the firm as an Associate specializing in office and retail brokerage. He brings a decade of experience that combines traditional brokerage with high-level institutional portfolio management.
Most recently, Kurt was a Commercial Broker with Highland Partners Corporation, representing the retail portfolio of Farmers and Merchants Trust Company. His career includes seven years as an Officer and Trust Commercial Real Estate Manager at Farmers and Merchants Trust Company, where he managed a nationwide portfolio of industrial, retail, and office properties. In this capacity, he handled complex leasing, property rehabilitations, and large-scale buildouts while working alongside legal and valuation experts. Kurt also previously served as a Team Director at Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate, leading business development for a top-performing multifamily brokerage team.
