Trent Stamp has spent nearly two decades building and leading something entirely new: the only foundation in the United States investing solely in intergenerational solutions to society’s challenges.
Since 2008, Stamp has led The Eisner Foundation, the family foundation of former Disney CEO Michael Eisner and his wife, Jane. Under Stamp’s leadership, The Eisner Foundation has become a defining voice in a field it helped create: intergenerational programming. Before Trent’s tenure, the idea of connecting older adults and youth in mutually beneficial ways was a niche concept. Stamp built the infrastructure, funding strategy, and national platform to turn it into a recognized field of philanthropic practice, earning the Foundation national and international recognition as one of its key leaders.
