Donna Snell has played a pivotal role in growing Goodwill Southern Los Angeles County (SOLAC) retail operations and improving operational efficiency. Snell’s leadership and stewardship has been the driving force of performance improvement, generating 20% sales growth and 5% operational efficiency, enabling Goodwill to increase the funding of its mission-based career training and job placement to 10,000 individuals in need in the community.
Snell’s drive and passion for the mission enabled her to achieve these results despite growing competition, increasing labor rates and falling market prices. In fact, she helped Goodwill SOLAC standout as the only Goodwill Member in California to grow its market share in the thrift industry.
