Joseph Taylor has transformed Workforce Development at Goodwill Southern Los Angeles County into a high performing, innovative program that creates real opportunities for individuals facing barriers to employment. Through his leadership, the division has expanded both its reach and its impact, now serving approximately 10,000 individuals annually and providing occupational training to nearly 1,000 people each year.
Taylor has led the development and expansion of workforce programs that directly respond to regional labor market needs. Under his leadership, Goodwill has strengthened programs in Certified Nursing Assistant training,
Security Officer training, Digital Skills, Supported Employment, and Career Services, while launching new healthcare career pathways.
