Sheila Fix is a partner in the Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman Los Angeles office where she serves as a member of the firm’s labor and employment practice group. She concentrates her practice on toxic tort litigation, toxic injury, catastrophic injury, employment and construction. As part of her employment practice with the firm, Fix provides workplace training on risk management, as well as discrimination and harassment awareness initiatives. She is also experi-enced in conducting compliance audits and overseeing internal investigations. Her litigation practice includes defending firm clients against sensitive discrimination, harassment and wage claims. She regularly litigates disputed claims under Title VII, the ADA, FLSA, FMLA, FDCPA, FCRA and related state and local laws. Throughout the course of her career at the firm and while simultaneously serving on the United States Navy Judge Advocate General (“JAG”) Corps, Fix has tried over 75 cases, including 20 jury trials.
