These include Belkin International, MedMen, United Talent Agency, Julien’s Auctions, Haymaker Content, Twentieth Century Fox Television, FilmTools and Westwood Financial Corporation. Feldman was the driving force and architect of several landmark cases that changed practices in the entertainment industry and corporate law. The cases involved California’s seven-year employment rule, copyright fair use, the Talent Agency Act and the descendability of rights and publicity.
