Drawing on two decades of experience, this Brentwood resident advises a broad range of businesses on how to best comply with state and federal employment laws relating to workplace discrimination, wage-and-hour laws, disability accommodations, family and medical leave, and workforce reductions. And as an integral part of Fox Rothschild’s Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Team, she strives to make sure California’s requisite training is both informative and interesting.
Fluent in HR best practices, Pynes has counseled jewelry and fashion designers, media agencies and other companies through periods of rapid employee growth. In the past year, she took the lead on expanding the firm’s national handbook initiatives and worked to utilize technology to simplify everyday HR practices for firm clients.
