Downtown L.A.-based City National Bank has named Logan Allin a senior vice president in the wealth management division and Michael Muttart a senior vice president for trust and investment management. Previously, Allin was a director in the downtown L.A. office of accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC. Muttart was a fiduciary adviser for Bank of America in Palm Desert.
