More than 800 consumer complaints have been lodged against a Torrance couple who runs a time-share transfer company, the Pasadena Star-News reports. The complaints allege that the couple did not transfer the deeds they were paid to transfer, and that owners continue to pay maintenance fees on time shares they still own.
