Report Says USC Violated Labor Rules

A report from the National Labor Relations Board says that USC officials violated federal labor rules by interfering with a vote concerning the formation of a union by faculty members. The Los Angeles Times reports that USC undermined the vote by giving raises to some non-tenure-track faculty and threatening faculty members.
