Marina Towers on Market for $193 Million

Real estate giant Brookfield Office is looking to sell the Marina Towers in Marina del Rey for almost twice what it paid for the oceanfront property ten years ago. Sources pinned the asking price for the Silicon Beach complex at $193 million, reports The Real Deal.
