Judge Conditionally Approves Settlement in LADWP Overbilling Case

A $44 million settlement in a Department of Water and Power overbilling class-action case has been conditionally approved by a judge, reports City News Service. The agency has agreed to refund customers who were inaccurately billed during an overhaul of the utility’s customer billing system.
