Beverly Center to be Renovated

The Beverly Center mall, sometimes derided architecturally as a blob of ’80s amber, appears set for a major re-do. According to Curbed LA, details of the renovation will be announced March 7, but the chief executive of Taubman Centers, the owner, has said it will be a “comprehensive renovation” and added it will be “very expensive.”
