Arson Behind Downtown L.A. Fire?

Fire officials say they are “inclined” to believe a fire that engulfed a massive development in downtown Los Angeles yester was intentionally set, though until arson investigators examine the wreckage, it’s impossible to determine the cause, the Los Angeles Times reports.
