For more than 24 years, Tetyana Wynter has been a steadfast advocate for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including over two decades of transformative leadership at New Horizons. Beginning her career as a direct support professional, she now oversees residential services, community-based learning programs, member events and quality assurance initiatives that enrich the lives of nearly 70 residents and hundreds of program participants. Wynter champions person-centered practices that promote independence, inclusion and joy – through her compassion, operational excellence and unwavering commitment to quality, she ensures every individual has the opportunity to thrive.
