Kelly Young is a driving force behind both client service and culture in RSM US’ Los Angeles office. As a manager in tax services, credits, incentives and methods, she helps clients navigate complex R&D tax credit matters while mentoring and developing team members. Beyond her day-to-day role, Young leads with initiative and heart, bringing the Power of Love committee together to brainstorm fundraising ideas, organize activities and engage summer interns in meaningful stewardship efforts. Through her exceptional writing and contagious enthusiasm, she inspires the L.A. office to participate, give back and turn good ideas into real community impact.
