J2 Global Acquires Everyday Health for $465M
J2 Global Inc. and its subsidiary Ziff Davis have completed of the acquisition of health information publisher Everyday Health for $465 million, according to a press release. Ziff Davis and Everyday Health over the last twelve months generated $522 million of combined revenue.
Aerovironment Charger Is Official Accessory to Chevy Bolt EV
Aerovironment’s new electric charger will be sold as the official plug-in for the Chevy Bolt EV, reports Forbes. The wall charger can supply about 25 miles of range per hour.
Heal Adds Dick Gephardt to Board
Doctor on-demand app Heal has added former U.S. House of Representatives Democratic Majority Leader Dick Gephardt to its board of directors, according to a press release. The company also raised $14.8 million in Series B funding from Fidelity Management and Rearch Company.
