Lenny: Santa Monica’s Lenny has launched its lending app. The app gives loans of $100 to $10,000 to millennials and infers credit worthiness by collecting information from users’ phones.


SGN:
Culver City gaming studio SGN has launched “Genies & Gems,” a mobile phone puzzle game. The game is available on iOS, Android and Facebook. It’s one of five different types of puzzle games that SGN has launched in recent years.

Belkin: Playa Vista’s Linksys, a division of Belkin, launched a line of WiFi routers that can cluster to provide greater coverage. The clusters can be managed as a group through a single hardware interface.

City of Los Angeles: City Hall has launched a mobile app called JobsLA. The app allows job seekers to search nearly 50,000 employment listings in the city.


Village Workspaces:
Co-working facility Village Workspaces of Santa Monica has launched a second location in West L.A., which features a 2,000-square-foot event space, as well as coffee, tea and smoothie stations.
