Previously, Richards was vice president at Razorfish, a Seattle-based marketing and design firm. Skeels was managing director at Epos, a Hermosa Beach design studio.

Fanscape, an L.A. social-media marketing agency, has named Greg Boles chief operating officer. Previously, Boles was senior vice president and general manager at Andrews Electronics, a Santa Clarita supplier.

Troika Design Group, a Hollywood brand consultancy and design studio, has named Connor Swegle executive producer. Previously, Swegle was executive producer at Click 3X Entertainment, a New York-based branding, design and visual effects studio.

ARCHITECTURE

Heery International, an Atlanta-based architecture and construction services firm, has named Richard Magill an associate at its L.A. office. Magill remains a project manager at the firm.

ENTERTAINMENT

MyStudio, a Hollywood audio and video recording studio, has named Sheila Jaffe to its advisory board. Jaffe is an independent casting director.

GOVERNMENT

The city of Burbank Finance Department has named Cindy Giraldo director of financial services. Previously, Giraldo was vice president of finance and contract management at Ticketmaster Entertainment Inc., a West Hollywood-based ticketing company.

HEALTH CARE

Olympia Medical Center in Los Angeles has named Robert Herrick associate administrator for business development. Previously, Herrick was chief executive at the Ballard Rehabilitation Hospital in San Bernardino.

Linden Optometry in Pasadena has named Dr. Daniel Krall head of the glaucoma department. Previously, Krall was a member of the clinical staff in the Eye Care Center at the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton.

INSURANCE

Edgewood Partners Insurance Center, a San Mateo-based insurance brokerage, has named Jim Gillette principal and senior vice president in its downtown L.A. office. Previously, Gillette was a client executive at Marsh, a New York-based insurance brokerage.

Gary Petrosino has been named president of the National Insurance Industry Council for the City of Hope, a Duarte medical research and treatment center. Petrosino is executive vice president at Chubb & Son Inc., a Warren, N.J.-based insurance company.

Greenberg Traurig LLP, a Miami-based law firm, has named Lawrence H. Heller and Karen D. Yardley tax group shareholders in its Santa Monica office. Previously, Heller was partner and Yardley was counsel at Bryan Cave LLP, a St. Louis-based law firm.

Bird Marella Boxer Wolpert Nessim Drooks & Lincenberg, a Century City law firm, has named Mitchell A. Kamin partner. Previously, Kamin was chief executive at Bet Tzedek – House of Justice, a Fairfax district-based non-profit legal service organization.
