J2 Global Communications, a provider of outsourced, value-added messaging and communication services, said on Monday that it completed three acquisitions for undisclosed terms.
The Los Angeles company said it acquired the voice assets of Realty Telecom LTD, a United Kingdom provider of advanced telecommunications services; the email assets of Quexion LLC, a San Diego provider of hosted email and email marketing services; and the fax assets of Comodo Communications, a Salt Lake City provider of fax-to-email solutions under the name TrustFax.
J2 Global, whose products include eFax, eVoice and Onebox, said the financial impact of the acquisitions was not expected to be material.
Shares were down 1 cent, or less than 1 percent, to $20.53 in midday trading on the Nasdaq.
