Partner-in-Charge, Venable

Evall is the Partner-in-Charge of Venable’s Los Angeles office and the partner-in-charge of firmwide lateral integration. He has extensive experience in acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financing, development and asset management transactions. Clients include Warner Bros., ViacomCBS, HBO, Netflix, NBCUniversal and Douglas Emmett. In the last year, he has been instrumental in representing multiple companies in connection with their acquisition and development of new corporate headquarters. Evall is also a longtime board member and former chair of United Friends of the Children, a Los Angeles charity focusing on education, housing, and career paths for foster youth.
