Baradaran acts as outside general counsel to companies, funds, family offices, and wealthy entrepreneurs in real estate, hospitality, sports, technology and entertainment. Baradaran is the special counsel who helped negotiate the development agreement for the $1 billion Cheval Blanc luxury hotel on Rodeo Drive in the heart of the Beverly Hills golden triangle business district. He is currently working on a 3,000-acre hospitality, residential and entertainment master development project in the Dominican Republic. In 2014, Baradaran represented Shelly Sterling in the $2 billion sale of the Los Angeles Clippers to Steve Ballmer.
