Sokoloff is a managing partner of Leonard Green & Partners. It is a
leading private equity investment firm with about $70 billion in assets
under management. Sokoloff also serves as a trustee of Williams
College and the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. Leonard Green
partners with management teams, and often with founders, to invest
in market-leading companies. In 2021, LGP gave more than $2 billion
in profits to employees of companies within its portfolio. Its portfolio
includes Advantage Solutions, the Container Store, Life Time, Service
