Chief Executive, Paramount Pictures
Robbins took the movie reins at the major studio in September, having previously straddled the worlds of TV programs, kids content and theatrical films at corporate sibling Nickelodeon. His moderately-budgeted TV show adaptation “Paw Patrol: The Movie” became an unexpected hit a year ago in cinemas and on Paramount + streaming platform. Robbins is now in charge of the movie studio’s films and Paramount + movies and he retains some kids/family content responsibilities. He co-starred in the 1980s sitcom “Head of the Class,” and then segued into producing, writing and executive work. He also founded AwesomenessTV, a successful digital content programmed for Gen Z.
