Stream Adds To Local Broker Team

A brokerage team led by Jonathan Larsen has joined an expanding downtown outpost of Stream Realty Partners.

Dallas-based real estate company Stream Realty Partners has opened a new office in downtown, expanding the firm’s presence in the area and bringing on a number of high-profile agents from Avison Young.

Stream Realty Partners’ new office will be led by Jonathan Larsen, who is joining the firm as its executive vice chair, and Chandler Larsen, who is joining as managing director.

“This expansion is about putting the right team in place,” Marty Pupil, who oversees Stream Realty’s California offices, said in a statement. “This group brings the relationships, experience and execution to make an immediate impact.”

Sally Zesut, Eric Moore, Luke Eskigian and Sebastian Bernt, are also part of the L.A. team.

Chris Jackson, the president and chief executive of Stream Realty, said in a statement that the move was a “deliberate step in how we’re building our platform in California.”

“We’re investing in the markets that matter most to our clients and aligning them with teams that can deliver at a high level. That combination is what drives long-term growth for us,” he added.

Bringing in industry pros

Jonathan Larsen is a well-known name in the L.A. brokerage community. The real estate veteran, with more than three decades of experience in commercial real estate, was most recently a principal and managing director at Avison Young.

He specializes in tenant representation, sale-leasebacks and investment sales.

“Stream’s momentum and reputation as a best-in-class platform made this an incredibly compelling opportunity for our team,” he said in a statement. “We were drawn to the firm’s entrepreneurial culture, collaborative approach, and commitment to delivering tailored, client-focused solutions.”
